Whenever you conduct a search on AlsoAsked, it is possible to specify a country. You can do these with by clicking on the country box and scrolling, or starting to type in the country box to filter results.
Changing a country on your AlsoAsked search will automatically select the highest population city by default that the Google search is carried out on.
This is important because the same search query will get different PAA results depending on which country you select.
Please note that some countries may not return results that others do.
You should select the region you are trying to optimise or write your content for.
