Pay As You Go credits are additional credits that can be used to top-up your account if you are running low on credits, or if you know you are going to a large job such as a bulk search or API request.

Unlike regular credits, PAYG search credits do not expire. You will have them for as long as you have an active account, paid-for account.

You have a monthly credit allowance dependent on your current tier of account. These are:

To ensure you get maximum value from your account, credits are always deducted from your monthly allowance before PAYG credits are used.

PAYG credits will not be used until your monthly allowance reaches zero.

You can access PAYG credits at any time by clicking on "Top up" at the top of the screen, this will take you to the PAYG credit management page.

When you are on the management screen, there is a slider to select how many PAYG credits you wish to buy.

You can buy between 100 to 100,000 additional credits per transaction. There is a discount applied to the base cost depending on the volume of credits you purchase in a single transaction:

When you have selected the amount you wish to purchase on the slider, click the "Purchase" button to continue the transaction.

If you are managing a team or are doing many automated requests via the API and want to make sure the account never stops functioning, you can enable the auto top-up feature.

Auto top-up will happen when the credit balance of monthly credits + PAYG credits falls below 100.

To setup automatic top-up, simply select on the slider how many credits you wish to top up with every time the credit balance falls below 100. The same bulk discounts apply here:

When you have selected the amount you wish to set as the automated amount to top up, select the "Enable auto top-up" button

If you cancel your account, or your account is closed or deleted, all remaining PAYG credits will be lost and non-refundable.
