CSV/XLSX/Google Sheets export

Here is a sample export for the search "what do i need to ask when hiring a conveyancer?" in United Kingdom / English.

After performing a search on AlsoAsked, if you have a Lite or Pro account, you can export additional data in CSV, XLSX or Google Sheets format.

This data contains:

  • question: The questions generated from your root query

  • answer: A copy of the answer Google provides for each question

  • url: The ranking URL

  • page title: The page title of the ranking URL

  • tier 1 position: Where the question appears in the original list

  • tier 2 position: Where the question appears as a child of tier 1

  • region: The country code setting of the search completed

  • language: The language code setting of the search completed

  • is AI overview: a boolean that is 0 for web results and 1 for AI Overviews

  • AI overview URLs: A list of URLs cited by AI overview

  • AI overview page titles: A list of page titles of cited URLs

How to download data from AlsoAsked

After completing a search, click the "Download" button. This will give you a dropdown that offers three data formats: CSV, Google Sheets or XLSX. Click the format you would like to download in.

If you select CSV or XLS, you will download a file which will look like this:

If you select Sheets, you will be asked to select a Google account, the Sheets file will be generated and you will be provided with a button to open the Google Sheet, or the URL to copy and paste:
